Purchase Commission: 3%
Property Legal Fees flat fee, varies by purchase price

Property Service Fees

Rental Commission 10% of gross 12 rent fee's
Structural Reports 35 Euros/ hour
Property Due Diligence 35 Euros/ hour
Escrow Service 190 Euros flat fee

Incorporation Fees

Complete SRO (all inclusive): 2600 Euros flat fee
Complet A.S. (all inclusive): 4000 Euros flat fee
SRO or AS Tax Registration 80 Euros flat fee
VAT or AS Tax Registration 80 Euros flat fee

Business/Family Visas 1300 Eurod/ per visa flat fee
Relocation Planning & Assistance 30 Euros / hour
